Test into a cross-selling B2B partnership to determine future partnership viability. Target Kin homeowner customers with a co-branded HELOC offer from Better Mortgage.

My Role

Led the B2B marketing relationship with the Better.com team. Identified an ideal customer cohort of 45,000 Kin customers using first-party data. Partnered with the creative team on copy and design assets. Hard-coded HTML & CSS emails in Customer.io, segmented and built audience lists, QA'd campaigns, launched, and measured results.

Objective

Drive adoption of a new customer referral tool, making it easier for Branch Insurance customers to share referrals and earn rewards — while giving the internal team better visibility into referral metrics.

My Role

Target new Carvana car buyers with a co-branded email drip campaign to cross-sell Root auto insurance at the moment of highest purchase intent.

My Role

Objective

Lead email strategy for the Mark Curtis Ohio House District 35 campaign — driving donor engagement, fundraising, and voter outreach from launch through Election Day.

My Role

Served as Team Lead, Email Marketing (volunteer) through Tech for Campaigns. Managed the full email program: strategy, segmentation, copy direction, A/B testing, and reporting. Ran 42 sends to 685 subscribers, achieving a 38% average open rate and raising $2,245. End-of-month urgency messaging drove 37% of total revenue. Issue-focused emails on public education and school vouchers drove the highest engagement. Red CTA buttons with standard donation amounts lifted donations 19% above average.

Objective

Design and build a complete personal portfolio site from scratch — without writing a single line of code manually. Use Claude Code (Anthropic's AI coding tool) as the sole development engine, directing the entire build through natural language.

My Role

Acted as creative director, product manager, and content strategist — all through conversation. Defined the information architecture, design system, and brand voice. Directed Claude Code to build 5 fully responsive pages with a custom lightbox, scroll animations, photography galleries, and marketing case studies. Iterated on layout, copy, and features in real time — pulling in real photos from my existing site, writing my own content, and making design decisions at every step. Zero manual code written. Shipped from blank folder to live portfolio entirely through AI collaboration.
