Judging started Monday for the 63rd annual College Photographer of the Year Competition. Judging for the largest college photography competition runs Monday through Saturday. Judges include Melissa Farlow (National Geographic Magazine), Travis Fox (Washingtonpost.com), Tammy Lechner (Freelance), and Steve Rice (Minneapolis Star Tribune).
