Mumbai Airport and Delhi
Hi all,
It’s been an interesting past couple of days full of jet lag and culture shock. I don’t have much time to post. The goal of this blog is not to show a typical tourist viewpoint, but without further ado, here are some (hopefully not typical tourist) photos:
Gopal’s aunt, Saroj Sonwadiwala, at Mumbai airport
Worker at a shoe locker outside Birla Mandir temple in Delhi.
Our driver, one brave soul. Driving in Delhi is interesting, as everybody ignores the lanes and lights.
The Lotus Temple, Delhi.
I’ll post more later. Hope all is well, and thanks for reading. Comments are welcome.

The e-mail notification feature does not appear to be working–at least I didn’t receive one. This may be true for other readers as well.
Oh, and I liked the shoe-box photo!

The daily updates go out at 1 a.m I believe, so you might not have gotten it already. Other than that, I don’t know what’s up.

On the email alerts, I did get one for the airport/Delhi posting, but it arrived about 4 hours ago EST, so there clearly is a (system?) delay in sending out alerts, undoubtedly related to the fact that you are posting 10 1/2 hours ahead of most of your reading audience. So alerts are working, just a a bit delayed.
